I am a registered dietitian in functional nutrition focused on gut health; paediatric health; and nutrigenomics. The gut is where it all begins, your second brain as some may say, and where health starts or ends. Having celiacs disease, I can value the struggles many go through.

Graduated from Stellenbosch University, I have worked across hospital, nutraceutical, and international settings. Since 2021 on my return back to SA, I host the Starting Solids Workshop at Nurture Nest Antenatal Clinic and you will find me full time at Vredekloof Medical Centre.

As a wife and mother of two, I help families cut through the noise to find peace and true wholesome living.
